● Send the next day's “quotes due” report to the China team, so they know which jobs they need to send quotes back to the USA PMs the next morning.
● Printout the “quotes due” report that China sends back to USA PMs for the day. Review it and make sure all quotes requested were received.

● After quotes have been reviewed and sell prices have been set, make PD copies of the job bag so they are filed in the PD department (this is where all partner quotes are filed for each job - no costs are ever sent back to CS).
● Once PD copies are made, file them in the PD department filing cabinets. Return the original job bag to the CS Rep with just the sell prices and the job cover sheet, etc.
