Job Summary:
The Product Marketing Project Manager works with individuals and teams across the organization to implement, manage, and execute product Marketing Projects. This person will work with members of the Product Marketing team to develop, plan, and execute projects and campaigns from start to finish. They will engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure all facets of a project are executed and deployed on time.
Primary Functions:
- Partners with project stakeholders on planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Coordinates the activities of multiple individuals and teams to ensure the timely delivery of the assigned projects.
- Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators and prepares reports to management as needed.
- Manages the workflow of Product Marketing campaigns and other initiatives
- Works closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure timelines are met
- Holds campaign and tactic stakeholders accountable for hitting deliverable deadlines
- Anticipates information needs, identifies gaps and organizes reporting with cohesion and tenacity.
- Captures meeting takeaways and action items
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files of all project related meetings
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and independently problem solve while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years related work experience.
- Experience managing complex, multi-faceted initiatives.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Highly collaborative and goal driven
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Results-driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
