Our client in Providence, RI is looking for a Project Engineer! As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned engineering projects from start to finish. Job Responsibilities
- Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring work is completed according to agreed upon timelines, budgets, and specifications. Address any issues that arise promptly.
- Coordinating project teams which may include engineers, designers, tool makers, quality engineers, facility engineers, planners, buyers, technicians, contractors, and suppliers. Delegate work assignments and oversee team members.
- Managing project documentation such as drawings, calculations, reports, submittals, change orders, etc. Maintain organized project files. - Reviewing design plans and conducting constructability reviews to ensure designs can be built efficiently and according to standards.
- Provide feedback and identify needed changes.
- Coordinating with clients and other project stakeholders on project status, issues, approvals, and sign offs. Conduct meetings and provide progress reports.
- Ensuring work is performed safely and complies with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related Project Engineering experience, strong project management and technical skills, ability to Multi-task and problem solve.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $44.00 - $48.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package.
