Responsibilities:

• Understand the context/initiatives of project(s)
• Plan, organize, and execute project goals in relation to timelines and budgets
• Document progress of project(s) with ability to share information to key stakeholders
• Provide daily/weekly communication of project status(es)
• Define/assess risks in relation to project(s)
• Manage/coordinate internal project resources
• Act as a liaison between Ivionics, clients and vendors
• Oversee change management process
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and/or technology operations
• 1 – 3 years of FT experience in a project management role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management within the organization

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/year based on experience
