What does an international Project manager do at 87seconds?

Reporting to an Account Director, the person is key in the organization and will:

• Manage and oversee various types of projects, including 2D and 3D animation videos, motion design, UX design creation.
• Monitor projects from the initial quote stage to final delivery: ensuring timely completion, budget management, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Manage TVC delivery for primary client on a worldwide scale.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver agency presentations to clients, showcasing creative solutions and proposals.

Qualifications To succeed, the ideal profile ticks all these boxes (or almost):

• Strong interpersonal skills both with clients and with creative & production teams
• Good knowledge of media, social media, and digital ecosystems, which mechanics for which objectives
• Autonomy in client management, reporting to the manager.
• Experience of 1 to 3 years including internships in project management and international coordination in agencies.
• Detail oriented
• Professional English (official language of the team), Spanish and / or French
