Job Summary
The Marketing UX/UI Project Manager (PM), is responsible for owning projects from start to finish. This role would involve managing the relationship with key partners from an initial discovery process, through solution design and delivery, ensuring that deliverables are high-quality, optimally meet the requirements, and are delivered on time and on budget.
The person for this roll must be creative but also analytical and task-driven. They must be good listeners so they can take the brand's initial concept and oversee teams that create a design in a targeted medium that incorporates the vision and brand of a product, service, advertisement, or other graphical content. They must also have a can-do attitude that finds the way around roadblocks so the team reaches their end goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage UI/UX projects to align with the scope defined in the statement of work.
- Review and QA designs prepared by the design team
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and track project performance along with
- Assess and manage project risk, escalating to management as needed.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Prepare for and facilitate client meetings.
- Provide feedback to ensure all changes are complete and accurate.
- Plan and schedule internal and external meetings, reviews, and trainings.
- Adjust priorities as needed.
- Coordinate work with the internal design team.
- Participate in project retrospectives and post-mortem documentation.
- Oversee incoming tickets from other departments
- Manage CMS related updates: i.e. temporary dashboard messaging, T&C, e-comm stock products, suggested items and more
- Department representation on ITPC and other IT/Marketing related calls
- Assist in the creation of new pages if needs within CMS
Qualifications

- 2+ years’ experience in consulting, design management, project management, and/or product management role(s) with UX/UI background.
- UX/UI design principles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Strong Project Management skills and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Lean)

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, graphic design.
- 2+ years’ experience in project management with UX/UI background

Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking) Ability to write professional correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization
