This Project Manager will support client's Financial Wellbeing product team helping to organize and manage the intake and operational structure of digital product capabilities and features primarily in Aha. The product team is working with engineering teams to develop new features for clients.com and the Health Care Company mobile app related to claims payments and claim status. This PM role will support those deliverables and releases.
Required Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years project management experience.
- Experience using Aha for roadmap, capability management, intake, and release management.
- Provide oversight and best practice guidance to product teams to ensure proper communication, tracking, and escalation as needed, helping to hold team members accountable across product and technology.
- Develop and execute project management activities across the Financial Wellbeing digital experience space (Claims, Payments, etc).
- Help remove barriers and identify process improvements to improve efficiency across teams.
- Report on release status and progress, gathering details from team members, tracking and communicating to leaders.
- Comfortable working in sometimes ambiguous environments helping to bring clarity to goals for self and team.
- Strong communication skills and personal accountability.
- excellent multi-tasking, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven effective and engaging public speaking skills with the ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with clients and participants
- Knowledge of Agile
Desired skills:
- 2+ years supporting digital implementations.
- Experience working with client digital teams.
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$65.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
