Project Manager - 6 Months - Remote

Our client, a Fortune 100 company, is looking for a Project Manager to add to their team. Candidates must be willing to work directly with Alpha Business Solutions on a W2 basis.

The Role
This role supports efforts -and CSE team members- to achieve our team’s mission and serves as an important interface between our team and Commercial Executives. This role plays a critical part in communicating with our CEs, driving the team’s ROB, and supporting our recognition, readiness, and community-building events. The role’s regional focus will be Americas and EMEA.
As one of two globally located Readiness Support Agents, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the design and execution of our events, this includes but is not limited to the following:
o Designing and developing event communications and marketing materials
o Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
o Planning event details and aspects, room, and seating assignments
o Creating registration and budgetary reports
o Managing assigned event activities and addressing potential problems that may arise
o Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
o Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation and adhering to our established rhythm of business (ROB); this includes but not limited to:
o Scheduling meetings and overall calendar management
o Hosting and virtually leading weekly/monthly meetings (audio & video)
o Composing weekly/monthly newsletters and posts
o Managing email alias and email boxes and replying to incoming messages
• Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects; this includes but is not limited to:
o PCE program
o EDDA/OneAsk
o Designing and executing surveys
o Creating and maintaining reports (Excel and PowerBI)
o Automating workflows (SharePoint, PowerAutomate)
o Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
You are core to the success of all key CSE projects, activities, and deliverables. In partnership with your peers, you are responsible for ensuring that critical projects are delivered on time and with high quality, events are coordinated and executed to the full satisfaction of its participants and executive presenters.
