What's involved in this role:
We are looking for a Project Managerfor SAP Implementation inLake Norden, SD
- Support the central deployment team to plan and execute site activities.
- Develop the local implementation plan (activities).
- Lead and coordinate all sites readiness and implementation activities.
- Identify and manage the work and activities of the implementation agents.
- Lead Cutover planning and execution.
- Assist with mapping system role to local business roles.
- Facilitates Development of local work instructions (SOP, policy, etc.).
- Communicate issues, risks, and interdependencies for deployment at site with the central deployment team.
- Facilitate Data Cleaning activities and Data Validation.
- Assist with identifying and engaging local SME to support implementation activities (if required).
- Assist with identifying and engaging local Super users to support training, post go live activities and sustainability.
- Supporting the local User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Support development/execution of business controls and issue tracking post go-live.
What you need to join our team:
- Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school required.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
