KORTECH is looking for an ELECTRICAL Owner's Representative for a 2-year position at an Industrial Plant to monitor the electrical construction on the Plant Expansion Project. The project consists of a $500 million dollar building expansion adding on 300,000 sq/ft of new space to an existing plant.
The position requires the candidate to have strong electrical experience, large construction project experience, and LOTO in electrical space.
Work will be done on day shift. 4 – 11.5s or 5 – 10 schedule.
The candidate's job would be to oversee the contractors' performing work in accordance with the guidelines and specifications of the Owner (Fortune 100 company and voted Fortune's Most -Admired company in the World)).
Candidate will not be the individual(s) performing the maintenance and physical labor. Applicant MUST have 10 years previous experience in Industrial/Heavy Commercial work. The position requires the candidate to have strong electrical experience, large construction project experience, and LOTO in electrical space.
Must have excellent communication skills & computer skills (Microsoft office package, e-mail etc.) Must have the ability to deal with the political aspect of a large corporate environment. A plus if trained /experienced in Confined space, OSHA 30.
