Spherion is seeking a qualified individual for migration of current state department call centers and VOIP Mitel phone systems to the Teams platform and implementation of Concord Fax system. Remote in SD w/ travel to Pierre as needed. 1 year contract April 2024-March 2025
Pay: $36-60/hour DOE

-Define business and technological requirements, consult with product owner, subject matter experts, IT & Telecom departments, and approved vendors
-Lead and coordinate efforts of development team and vendors to ensure solutions are implemented successfully
-Ensure project governance and monitoring controls are in place
-Responsible to ensure project design, development, and implementation are on time and budget
-Mentor organization's personnel in project management and over time potentially train organization's resources to take over this function
-Implement entire project
-Provide training for Managers
-Coordinate and assist in facilitating vendor led training of department staff

Qualifications:
-Requires 3-5 years of project management experience, specifically in state government and/or telecom implementation
-Ability to travel for onsite requirements as needed. Travel expenses, including lodging, mileage and meals will be reimbursed.
-Must demonstrate successful project completion on schedule and on budget
-Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
