Form of workThe Transition Service contractor supports team charged with successful execution and exit of various agreements between Kenvue and JNJ. This candidate must be able to not only work independently but also in a team environment.
Activities include
-Lead the Tech transfer and Site Transfer of Self Care and OTC portfolio products from current manufacturing facilities to sites as identified by Kenvue leadership.
-Draft change requests/ and or statements of work as directed by the Kenvue Transition Service Team.
Experience or Knowledge required
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the healthcare/ consumer industries.
-Minimum of 5+year of relevant project management of large, complex programs, or similar experience in supply chain.
-The ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, multicultural, agile, and virtual team environment is required.
Demonstrated agility, proactivity, trustworthiness, and organization skills to manage multiple priorities in internal environment and matrix structures.
-Demonstrated strong stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team, including top management.
Proficient with Client tools(Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
-At ease with analytical data tools
-Problem solver, demonstrating a results- orientated approach in ambiguous environments.
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
-Cross functional project teams lead by this individual may include R&D, Package Engineering, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Procurement, External Manufacturing, Planning and Finance.
-Lead cross- functional project teams from project onset through post implementation activities.

Facilitate regular team meetings
-Report project status to leadership regularly
-Obtain stakeholder alignment.
-Identify Project risk and develop risk mitigation plans.
-Other activities as directed Kenvue Sponsor or the Team.
