Job Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 1 Project Management Specialist 3's for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA for Boeing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently develops and manages schedules for assigned engineering commodities, vertically and horizontally integrating key supplier activities and Client activities within Open Plan Professional (OPP) scheduling tool in accordance with Client internal documentation and Project Management industry standards.
Performs scenario planning, schedule analysis, risk assessments to determine impacts to 777-8F program milestones and schedule constraints.
Collects statement of work from multi-functional program team (Supply Chain, Engineering, and etc.)
Provides schedule visibility (including Master Phasing Plans, critical path and look-ahead reports from OPP) and schedule analysis feedback to program leadership. Analyzes schedule risk and revisions.
Collaborates with Program Management, Supply Chain and Engineering organizations to maintain schedule baseline compliance by following change management best practices.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills.
- Previous Project Management experience OR Project Management certifications.
- Professional
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to learn digital tools. (Microsoft office tools).
- Data entry skills.
- Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree is preferred.
- Project management certification would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft project
EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
7:30 am - 4 pm

There may be an opportunity to go direct depending on performance and business needs.
OT: Possibly. Contractors may also be asked to work outside of their normal working hours to attend online meetings with stakeholders outside the US. These would be on-off situations.
