H.W. Kaufman Group/Burns & Wilcox is currently seeking a Project ManagementFacilities Coordinator to assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of our offices located in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have strong computer proficiency, interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee and furniture moves
- Develop budgets, and track spending for office moves, facility maintenance, and renovation projects
- Develop timelines for all projects and hold all parties involved accountable
- Communicating project updates
- Coordinate project close out and punch list walk throughs
- Assist local office management with maintenance schedules and requests
- Understand furniture parts and mechanics to trouble shoot repairs and issue resolution
- Assist with access badge administration
- Create and implement standard operating procedures for office facility management
Qualifications
- 4 years of Project Management experience in commercial real estate or architecture
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Furniture procurement and installation experience
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Proficiency in Yardi Project Management software preferred
- Ability to travel up to 15%
