As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as an Estimator/Project Manager.
Job Description:
As an Estimator/Project Manager at Sonny's Glass Tinting, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately estimating project costs and managing multiple tinting projects from start to finish. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to think creatively will contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of project requirements, including measurements and specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for window tinting projects, considering labor, materials, and any additional services.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project needs and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products related to window film installation.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate estimates.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, architects, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro for project documentation and cost estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in Project Management or estimation (preferred but not required).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
