Project Coordination: Work closely under the guidance and direction of Project Managers to assist with day to day duties of project administration including the following:
· Act as liaison with vendors and subcontractors to obtain project submittals, drawings, and other related information.
· Track equipment and material related to jobs.
· Maintain submittal log.
· Obtain quotations and prepare change orders for project manager review.
· Procure close-out documents including warranties and operating and maintenance manuals.
· Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as requested by project managers.
Administrative Assistant:
- Issuing and processing of purchase orders.
- Requesting, obtaining, and reviewing of project related insurance certificates.
- Assist with answering and routing of incoming telephone calls.
- Perform additional administrative functions as requested by manager.
