Representative!

Do you have a passion for pups and a knack for turning tails wags into sales? Then
Happy Howl, a company dedicated to nourishing happy, healthy dogs with delicious and nutritious food, wants you on our team!

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand guiding our pawsome customers through every step of their Happy Howl journey. You'll wear many hats, including:

Woof-tastic Communication:

● Answering inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls, ensuring swift and clear communication and exceeding customer expectations. (Utilizing Gorgias Customer Service platform and Aircall for inbound calls)

● Mastering the art of written and verbal communication, turning inquiries into conversations that build trust and loyalty.

● Transforming customer challenges into opportunities, turning inquiries into sales with upselling and cross-selling skills.

Tech-Savvy Pup:

● Navigating the Happy Howl Shopify store like a pro, providing accurate product information and troubleshooting technical issues.

● Conquering Gorgias, Shopify and Recharge Subscriptions like a champion, efficiently resolving customer support tickets and managing recurring orders.

● Embracing new technologies and learning new skills with a smile.

Detail-Oriented Dog Detective:

● Paying close attention to every interaction, ensuring accuracy and resolution with a keen eye for detail.

● Researching and resolving customer concerns thoroughly, leaving no question unanswered and exceeding expectations.

● Analyzing customer feedback and trends to proactively improve the Happy Howl experience.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
