Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and dynamic Workforce DevelopmentProject Coordinator to support our Workforce Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our Workforce Development programs, ensuring that all activities are executed effectively and align with our organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of Workforce Development projects.
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any discrepancies to the Program Manager.
- Facilitate communication and meetings related to Workforce Development initiatives.
- Assist in the analysis of program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Support the Program Manager in grant writing and fundraising activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in Workforce Development or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and analyze financial reports.
