SUMMARY
The Cardiovascular Research Foundation is seeking a skilled Web DevelopmentProject Coordinator to facilitate the seamless execution of digital projects, including site launches, online tools, apps, and web applications. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication, efficient project management, and adherence to quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and document project requirements.
- Aid in the preparation of project budgets and scope project requirements.
- Monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Develop support documentation, including requirement specifications.
- Assist in researching new features for existing and new web applications.
- Provide timely project delivery while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with the team, ensuring understanding and alignment with delegated tasks.
- Conduct comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) processes before website launches.
- Identify potential risks or malfunctions and provide proactive solutions.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest new projects.
- Support stakeholder(s) feedback/requests and provide post-production support.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Coordinate and schedule development tasks based on project timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of work experience in a project coordination role.
- Basic knowledge of current web technologies.
- Proficiency with both Mac and PC platforms.
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management software(s).
- Understanding of industry-standard project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall).
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience supporting the development of static and database-driven websites.
- Understanding of the Web Development process from discovery to site deployment.
- Exposure to marketing and launching digital products is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to interact effectively with team members, management, vendors, and industry professionals.
- Proficiency in written communication, including email, reports, and letters.
- Ability to read and interpret vendor contracts, CRF policies, and memos.

COMPENSATION
The hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year. The annual salary that will ultimately be offered to the successful candidate will depend on job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
