Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the supervision, communication, data assurance, and seamless execution of all project-based orders that will allow Uniti to expand our existing network to new customers. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects. This position promotes a “Mission Assurance” culture through efficient, effective project delivery and data retention.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Comprehension of permitting as well as private property approvals and legal exchanges.
- Comprehension of construction and telecommunication terminology.
- Creating Salesforce reports and dashboards to capture project-related intervals and goals.
- Conducting team meetings to stay apprised of projects and reporting.
- Continuous and ongoing training for internal and external support regarding process flows.
- Reviewing CAD drawings for permitting and private property permissions.
- Obtaining permits for applicable construction work on the right of way.
- Attending team and departmental meetings to provide project-specific updates.
- Managing and working through regional status reports.
- Working with Construction and Field OPS Managers as well as contractors to ensure the teams are well informed.
- Updating mapping and administrative databases, such as Salesforce and Egnyte, with project status.
- Labeling invoices associated with each project.
- QAQC all aspects of a project-based order from Engineering to Splicing Complete.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to be on time for scheduled workday and complete all work hours required.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, often changing office environment.
- Dedication to completing projects/tasks in a deadline driven environment.
- Must be able to work autonomously and within a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of record keeping practices.
- Ethical Conduct.
