Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. If you have experience in trucking/heavy transport, project coordination, and possess excellent time management and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Participate in weekly planning calls with customers and field project personnel etc.
- Provide daily project updates to all appropriate parties
- Work with customers on project schedules
- Work with on-site field personnel to ensure delivery schedules are met
- Communicate with field crews for updates to customers
- Generate Reports/Create, review and approve invoices and address disputes
- Enter data/Track progress of projects
- Estimate projects and put together budgets/Write and present proposals based on estimates
- Perform site walks to determine what is needed for projects
- Assist with tracking labor and equipment rentals for T&M projects
- Assist with tracking project progress and update clients
- Request vendor pricing for job specific products/services (mats/barging/rental equipment/etc.)
- Review completed bids
- Assemble and organize tender packets per client specific standards
- Request permits for equipment loads
- Track rentals for client invoicing (receivables)
- Travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
