SVP is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to assist in organizing our ongoing acquisition deployment projects, client-facing projects, and internal Infrastructure projects. This IT Project Coordinator will coordinate and monitor projects and activities of IT in the company clinics, including but not limited to hardware and equipment purchases for all locations, deployment of new technology, upgrading existing systems, disposal of legacy equipment, and other administrative service activities. In addition, this person ensures consistency in the application and execution of processes and procedures concerning IT projects and activities. Finally, the role will track assigned projects and reports status to leadership.
Responsibilities / Qualifications:IT Project Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage project-related documents by ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly saved.
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, meeting notes, and emails.
- Communicate with teammates to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
IT Project Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- 2+ years of technical experience (Desktop Support, Server/Network Infrastructure, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team leadership capability.
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
- Attention to detail, even under pressure.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Coordinate projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
