Job Description
- Pay: $19/hour
- 1st Shift:
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Monday thru Friday
- Prepare and file all permit applications with various municipalities, including local HOA Applications and apply via mail, email, or portals.
- Review permit list and see what permits are ready to be paid and issued.
- Call Cities and Counties for application process, costs, inspections and status update.
- Research property records via the county property appraiser website to confirm jurisdiction. Submit utility locates via internet or over the phone.
- Answer inbound calls from customers, as well as outbound calls for confirmations or updates/follow ups.
- Answers emails and voicemails and return phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
- Assist clients with Financing and Credit applications etc.
- Collect payments and outstanding balances.
- Track the status of open installation jobs.
- Follow up on inquiries about project status in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist operations personnel as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Candidates must be detail oriented and organized.
- Candidates should be professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty and integrity.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers.
- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
- Proficient in typing and possess strong computer skills.
