Job Description
- Assist the General Manager in proposal development.
- Write, edit, combine, and format complex technical documents, and document packages to meet customer proposal response requirements.
- Coordinate and assist with organizing meetings and meeting minutes.
- Track and maintain a log of rotational schedules.
- Facilitate travel arrangements, housing accommodations and transportation needs.
- Act as a liaison between field technicians and internal resources to include (IT, HR, Payroll).
- Field and answer questions between management teams and employees.
- Provide document control support within the team utilizing file share and other company systems.
- Assist with process and procedure improvements to help enhance company safety and productivity.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by General Manager.
- At least three years of business administration and or customer service-related experience.
- Business experience in construction and or industrial oil and gas preferred.
- Proven fluency with computers is required, including ability to quickly learn new software systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to perform all work in a safe manner that meets company & client standards.
- This position involves high visibility with Delta’s clients. A high level of professionalism is required.

- Ability to read and apply critical thinking to documentation.

- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with personnel from all walks of life.
- Proficient computer skills in programs to include Gmail, Microsoft word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Must have intermediate to advanced hands-on experience with Excel.
