IP Pathways has an excellent opportunity for a people-oriented, motivated, and organized individual looking for a challenging position in an ever-changing industry! IP Pathways provides a variety of cloud and managed IT services to organizations. When a customer partners with IP Pathways for these services, they must be on-boarded and migrated into our systems. As a Project Coordinator at IP Pathways, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and smooth on-boarding and migration experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will span from initial project planning to final implementation, involving close collaboration with both clients and internal teams. You’ll lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the process. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be paramount as you create project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.
This Project Coordinator role is a salaried, full-time position and will be located in our office in Urbandale. This position will work within a team of Project Coordinators and will have some work-from-home flexibility. While experience is preferred, training will also be provided.
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan, coordinate, and own assigned projects
- Schedule and assign engineers to projects.
- Schedule and lead internal and external project meetings and maintain professional communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Track and ensure project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are consistently met.
- Regularly provide project status updates to stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage conflicting project tasks and requests.
- Track the status of hardware and software orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Review project scopes and contracts.
- Foster positive collaboration with customers, vendors, and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or similar responsibilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to multitask.
- A positive, upbeat personality with a passion for customer interaction.
- Proficiency in technology and software applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel.
- Ability to work both independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills without constant supervision, and collaboratively in a team environment.
Not Required but Beneficial:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Experience within a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) or Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA (formerly Manage).
- Background in technology or related field.
