Responsibilities
- Request purchase orders/vendor pricing for job specific products
- Coordinate travel arrangements for crews
- Assist in tracking chargebacks, project progress, labor and equipment rentals for client invoicing
- Assist in scheduling third-party vendors for project assistance
- Assist in opening bid files and review project scope/completed bids
- Assemble and organize tender packets per client specific standards
- Request permits for equipment loads/create route and site survey reports
- Assist in creating, sending out, reviewing and approving project specific vendor invoices
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office and Outlook
- Must be able to work independently with minimal instruction/self starter
- 0-2+ years of office and administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels of the organization
- Experience working around trucking, heavy transport and industrial businesses preferred
