Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be primarily responsible for dispatching all work and logistics for Service Division Personnel. This person must be highly proficient with multiple software platforms. This person must be able to multi-task, have great communication skills, and be highly organized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage USA one call dig tickets as required.
- Verify dispatch schedule with Area Manager and Client daily.
- Verify dispatched employees have required training before dispatching to the job.
- Create dispatch with all required information for field crew.
- Send dispatches to field employees after area manager approval.
- Review Completed Spira Tickets for payroll and divisional billing.
- Work with/troubleshoot field issues with Spira.
- Process field payroll per SOP.
- Work with Customer, Area Manager, Project Accountant’s for all field generated billing questions.
- Work with Sales Department, Project Accountants, Area Managers, to facilitate full scope dispatch.
- Make hotel reservations as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience with dispatch, payroll, and billing (preferred).
- Construction administrative experience (preferred).
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and written skills with customers and employees. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, word, excel and outlook.
- Must have organizational skills and be detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
- Able to meet deadlines and follow up with internal/external clients.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
