Requirements
Responsibilities:
- With assistance from team members, manage and define the scope of the project, internal workflows, and resources needed to complete the project, determine project schedule, and monitor process
- Support account’s lead PM by performing executionary tasks to keep projects running smoothly including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, updating status documents, routing deliverables and facilitating edit rounds with client and internal teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of projects and assignments to ensure projects are completed on time and within established budget
- Ensure all work is completed on time, on budget, and meets our high-quality standards
- Develop workback schedules and timelines according to project requirements
- Manage internal routing and client approval process of collateral
- Adhere to timelines and budgets given by clients
- Coordinate and communicate with the team and clients daily to provide clarity on project work and deliverables and to assist the Account Service team in facilitating projects
- Learn and use project management software to ensure all necessary information is included as each project is opened and project tasks are put into software timely and accurately
- Look ahead at project deadlines, push for work to be done at or before deadlines (both internal and external deadlines)
- Manage project status throughout the project lifecycle and provide updates to stakeholders as needed
· Assist in preparing plans, reports, and presentations for clients, as needed
- Keep apprised of clients’ products/services/marketing developments as well as competitive and industry information. Use this information to help identify opportunities to gain new projects and grow accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience required in an agency setting
- Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with clients via email and phone; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality
- Ability to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail; strong organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership of work and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to project management software (Workamajig)
- Ability to work in a team environment
