Project Coordinator will support community learners in conjunction with faculty, staff, and designated community leaders for the Maternal and Child Health and Wellness Learning Communities grant program. Duties include coordinating the logistics for workshops, support the coordination for mobile health team's events in communities, and ensuring the seamless execution of all related activities.

- Coordinate Learning Communities: Work closely with faculty, staff, and community contacts to set up learning communities, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Logistical Planning: Arrange workshop locations, schedule the mobile health team, and procure necessary materials and supplies for successful community engagement.
- Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among subject matter experts who will teach the learning communities.
- Material Preparation: Ensure all required materials are ready, prepared, and printed for workshop locations.
- Follow-Up with Participants: Conduct follow-up communication with participants to gather feedback and maintain records for outcome evaluations in conjunction with community peer mentors.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with applicable related experience.
- Experience with team management
- Experience in preparing data reports
- Excellent interpersonal, computer and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with organizing virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.)
