Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a dynamic team environment? Our agency is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to collaborate closely with the sales team, warehouse personnel, site supervisors, inventory controller, punch list coordinator, and fellow Project Coordinators in the stable and reputable, family-owned business.
Responsibilities: Create and manage orders efficiently using SalesPad, our sales software. Coordinate projects effectively with the sales team and site supervisors through clear verbal and written communication. Oversee punch list coordination for projects in conjunction with the sales team and punch list coordinator. Assess product availability in collaboration with our inventory controller, maintaining clear verbal and written communication. Provide excellent customer service by managing phones, answering calls, and redirecting or transferring to the appropriate department or individual. Conduct credit card transactions using our software program, CardPointe. Utilize strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, including proficiency in working with tables.
Qualifications: Proven experience in project coordination or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and individuals. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
