Overview
Prince Telecom, LLC a national leader in the telecommunications field is hiring for an Outbound
Customer Service Coordinator in the Sumner, WA Underground department. We offer growth

This is a remote position that involves in-office training at our Sumner office location but will be
working independently and electronically from home following the training period.
This position will entail mostly outbound calls/emails to customers to support access for
Technicians, scheduling of drop crews, informational updates/ETA's and quality control checks.
Qualifications
What You'll Do.....
Call/email customers for property access.
Call/email customers post underground survey to let them know what to expect with the
underground drop bury process.
Call/email customers to let them know when a drop bury crew will be on-site and
schedule jobs in shared programs (CSG/ODAC).
Call/email customers post drop bury to confirm positive experience and/or attempt to
remedy any issues that may have contributed to a negative experience.
Data entry of all steps in the process from beginning to end to provide timely updates.
Ability to problem solve and willingness to ask for assistance in order to assure timely
completion of drop bury process.
Corresponding with Customer's representatives to solve job issues, update progress, and
for follow up on job completion.
Coordinate with Prince Management on tasks involving day-to-day operations.
Assist in all special projects assigned by supervisor.

Who You Are....
Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient with various software programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Kofax (PDF)
Extremely detail oriented.
Must be a self-starter and able to work effectively with little day-to-day direction.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrate professionalism with customers and co-workers in a consistent business-like
manner.
Ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner.
Capable of working independently and as a team player.
Some evenings or weekends may be required.
