Position Title:Project Coordinator I

Job Description: The Project Coordinator I at plays a pivotal role in overseeing vendor oversight and coordination of various projects. This position involves attending meetings, taking detailed notes, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors. The coordinator will be responsible for contract follow-ups, organizing Utilization Management Committee meetings, and assisting with presentations and project coordination tasks. This role requires interaction with senior leadership and active participation in project management activities.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Intermediate with Microsoft Platforms
• Project Management Experience
• Note taking experience with senior leadership - will not be able to record meetings so they must be able to take detailed notes.
• Strong Communication Skills
• 1-2 years' experience working with projects and reporting of the project lifecycle
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft platforms.
• Experience in administrative support for multiple individuals concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Project Management.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Previous project management experience.
• Experience with note-taking for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle reporting and management.
• 3+ years of administrative experience providing support to two or more people simultaneously.
