Mount Indie is hiring a Project Controls/Scheduling Specialist with an active DoE Q clearance or active DoD Top Secret clearance to join a growing team in Livermore, CA.
On a day to day basis you will:
Work with project leads and major stakeholders on large and small projects that require Primavera (P6) schedules. Develop project schedules and integrated master schedules, and maintain schedules throughout project life cycle while tracking changes. Apply project management principles and practices, including EVM, in developing schedules. Produce resource-loaded schedules, associated progress reporting and project analysis. Work as part of an integrated team. This role requires going onsite on a daily basis.
Required Qualifications:
- Active DOE "Q" Clearance is required. You must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for a clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field or significant equivalent experience.
- Experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Experience in Earned Value Management Systems compliant with ANSI/EIA-748
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing. Excellent analytical skills and valued team player
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified Primavera P6 scheduler
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute
