SalaryMassa Multimedia Architecture is looking to add top-notch Project Architects and Project Managers skilled in production, management, and design roles to help facilitate both local and national work, in a wide array of industries that include the retail, mixed-use development, healthcare and commercial markets, as well as education as it relates to the Pre-K to 12th grade and Higher Education sectors.

- 7-15 years of professional experience
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture; Architectural registration (or in progress)
- Expertise in Retail, Healthcare or Education Design
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Travel, both locally and nationally, to evaluate site conditions and perform site surveys
- Establish and maintain financial oversight of your own projects through development and supervision of project schedules and budgets
- Represent MMA in a leadership role by attending client and project meetings
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Opportunity to lead, coach and mentor others
- Produce design and construction documents, specifications, and detail drawings
- Lead coordination and communication efforts with clients, consultants, and engineers
- Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Managing a team of production staff
- Gain knowledge of building codes and zoning requirements
- Overseeing building department reviews and approvals
- Perform construction administration services
- Review drawings and specifications for quality control and assurance
