We are currently seeking a Project Analyst, Junior to support our Pax River customer. The Project Analyst, Junior will be supporting the E-2/C-2 (PMA-231) Advanced Development Team at NAS Patuxent River, MD.
Primary responsibilities would be supporting the government with acquisition efforts including:
-Support the development of SOWs, J&As, other contract related documentation.
-CDRL tracking
-Maintaining the Advanced Development team Library in SharePoint
-Take, collect, and distribute meeting minutes. Assist with organizing and running meetings for the team.
-Maintain calendar for the Advanced development team.
Minimum Educational Requirement: High School diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience Requirement: At least five (5) years of experience with project management support
Desired Requirements: Familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to PPBS and Contract Data Requirements List is required.
Desired skills: Positive attitude, self starter, willingness to learn, experience with data management and administrative support of a NAVAIR IPT.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
