Position: Project Analyst
Reports to: Director of Special Projects

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequences.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours a day, stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours in length and be able to reach multiple property locations within a timely basis.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Construction project management with experience working on facilities improvements projects is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in the use of Microsoft Excel and MS Projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Understanding of construction, materials and project sequences, and architectural/construction drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a variety of work to required standards of quality, quantity, and timeliness.
- Thoroughly review, interpret, and understand the project specifications.
- Prepare agendas and exhibits for special projects meetings. Take notes, maintain task lists, and follow up on tasks to ensure completion.
- Track master project budgets, schedules, and milestones for respective projects through all phases of Concept, Design/Scope, Planning, Execution, and Completion/Evaluation.
- Produce weekly progress reports with photo documentation.
- Produce tracking logs/Gantt Charts, research matrices, and RFQ/RFPs and comparison charts.
- Process purchase orders, check requests or payments for contractors, equipment, and supplies for special projects, capital improvements and projects.
- Process invoices and all internal billing.
- Prepare all state/local licenses/inspections for properties, including mercantile, fire, housing, etc.
- Manage the scheduling of fleet vehicle maintenance, registration, and tracking.
- Other duties as assigned.
