Project Administrator

Due to our continued growth, Xquisite Landscaping is hiring a Project Administrator to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for working closely with the Xquisite team of Project Managers, General Contractors, Architects, Superintendents, and Foreman to successfully and profitably complete projects.

START DATE

Full Time; In Office position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Review project specifications, drawing, and documents

● Prepare submittal packages and follow-up on approval within a timely manner

● Prepare purchase orders and assist with material procurement

● Scheduling of project material deliveries

● Update Project Files and Field Use Programs

● Review Bulletins, SKLs and Other Project Document Changes and Assist in Change Order Creation

● Prepare RFI/RFC for submission to General Contractor

● Prepare closeout documents for projects

● Practice integrity, reliability, and honesty in all business transactions

● Project a positive company image

● Work with co-workers as a Team to ensure success

● Identifies and solves problems

● Capable of working independently

● Ability to multitask

QUALIFICATIONS

● Strong time management and analytical skills

● Ability to use specialized software for collaboration and time management, including spreadsheets

● High accuracy in work and attention to detail

● Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills

● Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

● Competent in MS Office
