Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Assist with scheduling work with residents in the area we are working in.
- Administrative type paperwork
-Scheduling
- Documentation preparation
Experience:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be experienced in the Microsoft Office products with focus on excel
- Must be very organized and self motivated
- Must be thorough with follow up for open items
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with different subs, vendors, owners and customers
