Form of work Our client, is looking to add an experienced Project Accountant to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$80,000 - $100,000
Position Overview:
The Project Accountant is organized, detailed-oriented, resourceful, and professional. The ideal Project Accountant has extensive hands-on project accounting experience. The Project Accountant will be a key member of the accounting department and will be responsible for all operational accounting.
Responsibilities of the Project Accountant:
Responsible for job cost/job cost accruals
Review revenue ledgers
Responsible for reviewing and apply coding expenses and job cost
Generating and managing project related documentation which includes processing all invoices, insurance, and certified payroll/minority compliance tracking for each of their assigned projects
Project setup and maintenance (including forecasting)
Qualifications for the Project Accountant:
5+ years of experience
Microsoft Office Suite (extensive Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required
