About This Role:

Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) a wholly owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Program Support Officer. Perform as a Program Support Officer (Senior Staff Officer) to support the Joint Programs Branch at Defense Intelligence Agency’s Deputy Director for Global Integration (DDGI).

Responsibilities:

  • Support planning, developing, identifying, and justifying tasks execution.
  • Provide utility support to all branch portfolios through knowledge and task management.
  • Synchronize and coordinate operations across Joint Programs Branch.
  • Support the review, draft, and/or update to Joint Program Policies or Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support joint and strategic planning.

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience engaging with internal/external stakeholders to collect, store, analyze, sort, and integrate diverse data into recommendations, assessments, or presentations.
  • Experience with Department of Defense programs relating to military readiness, joint training, exercises, and lessons learned.
  • Experience as a staff officer, executive officer, planner, or operations officers on a staff at the service component command or higher.

5+ years experience 


 “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with military service, combatant command, or Joint Chief of Staff planning activities is preferred
  • Experience as a Battalion S3, Battalion Executive Officer, or BDE/DIV and higher staff officer (DOD O2-O3/E7 or equivalent GS/GG)
  • Experience with Joint and Strategic Policy
  • SharePoint data and information management

Physical Requirements: 

 
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone or video teleconferences
