Program Supervisor- Integrated Wellness Services
Hiring Bonus of $1,000 - $2,000
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead our Northside Community Support Program. Northside Community support Program offers Wellness Services to Hennepin County communities that are underserved. We provide access to various community-based services such as recreational activities, support for job seekers, housing support, therapy, occupational therapy, Art, ARMHS services, and community events. This supervisory position is responsible for co-leading and assisting in the creation and expansion of our program into a wellness hub that provides access and support for recovery.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday- Thursday onsite, Friday remote work. Hours are 8:00am- 4:30pm

Hiring Range: $51,509 - $58,000

Main Job Duties:
- Support organization’s Mission, Vision and Values as well as program and organizational policies, procedures and service standards, ensuring staff understand and integrate accordingly.
- Supervise the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, providing coaching when errors or problems are discovered and conducting regular 1:1 supervision with all assigned employees.
- Attract, hire, orient and retain high-quality staff.
- Provide training, assess strengths and development needs, and provide timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies and best practices.
- Partner with staff on identifying and developing professional goals that encourage and support professional growth within the organization.
- Coordinate staff meetings and program scheduling, ensuring that proper coverage occurs. May co-facilitate meetings with others as needed.
- Provide direct client services in an integrative and collaborative manner.
- In partnership with other program leaders, review program procedures and service standards, establish proper authority relationships among members of the work group and create a congenial work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the behavioral sciences or related field (i.e. social work, psychology, or nursing from an accredited college or university).
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral science/related field, a high school diploma and four years or 8,000 hours of experience in mental health services may be substituted.
- One year or 2,000 hours of prior experience in the human services field with a preference towards servicing those with mental health symptoms, or completion of People Incorporated’s Link to Leadership program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Strongly prefer current clinical license as a mental health professional in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) with no restrictions, OR current unrestricted LADC license as permitted by program requirements.
- Prefer eligibility as a State of Minnesota Board-approved supervisor, dependent upon program requirements.
