Form of workThe Camp Sports Specialist provides programing for groups throughout the camp day. The Sports Specialist should have a background in sports and be able to lead and teach sports and games to all ages in a camp environment. The Camp Program Specialistprovidesvarious camp programs in their area of specialty,for a group of childrenin a seasonal day camp setting and maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while promoting and maintaining safe conditions in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. This results in a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined.
