Program Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Program Scheduler to contribute to our development and project management efforts. This role works closely with others in linking critical activities across multiple projects. You will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing features that cater to our customers' needs and collaborating closely with technical experts, project leads, and managers to plan, create, and manage project schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain web applications with a comprehensive understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work with server-side languages such as Java, PHP and Laravel.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to ensure best practices for usability and accessibility.
• Manage interfaces, resolve conflicts, and optimize collaboration to ensure the successful execution of projects, scheduling, and budget objectives.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of schedule updates.
• Facilitate open communication systems to keep stakeholders informed about schedule changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to manage the corporate website.
• Ensure major project objectives are integrated across multiple departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding and ability to work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and server-side languages.
• Formal UI and UX design experience.
• Experience working on major projects and managing program schedules.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENT:

• (Regularly) required to use hands for repetitive computer keyboard use, mouse use, and simple grasping.
• (Regularly) required to have close visual acuity.
• (Occasionally) required to stand, squat, kneel, push, pull, and reach above and below shoulder level.
• (Occasionally) required to bend and twist at the neck and waist.
• (Occasionally) required to lift and/or carry up to 45 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
