Program / Project Manager with HR / SuccessFactors domain experience preferred.
- 15+ years preferred proficiency in Japanese language is desired.
- Experience with HRIS SuccessFactors or any other Employee Central system domain is required
- Experience in global implementations, with a preference for those who have worked across different time zones, is desired.
- The role involves typical Program / Project Manager responsibilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are essential. The candidate will engage with senior leadership and participate in HR meetings, providing discussions on the documented Business Process flow diagrams.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is necessary
