- Support the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or clients.
- Develop technical specifications and related documentation.
- Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment.
- Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents.
- Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment.
- Coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
- Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders.
- Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the Wireless Telecommunications industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Project Management in Wireless Telecommunications or other Technology fields, including Mobile Cellular Device Testing and Mobile Carrier Device Certification;
- Utilizing Mobile and Fixed Telecommunication Operators at a functional level;
- Utilizing CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE, VoLTE, VoIP, 5G NR, and mobile operating systems, including Android and iOS;
- Utilizing QXDM, XCAL, ETL, Shannon Tool, HP Application Lifecycle Management, JIRA, QCAT Android SDK, QPST, and Wireshark;
- Providing device and application testing support and function as a Technical Lead on a project team;
- Monitoring the performance of team members, including providing and documenting performance feedback;
- Reviewing Mobile Carrier requirements and test plans for device certification and summarizing information to team members; and
- Computer applications including presentation software, databases, spreadsheets, Adobe, word processing and Salesforce.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
