Compensation Expectations: $69,700-$82,000
Overview
As our Utility Assistance Program Manager, you will play a vital role in providing vital aid to our community through our Energy Services Departments at CEDA. This is a leadership position, managing Energy Services Supervisors, Team Leads, and staff and is responsible for performance management within the assigned area.

If this is you then you are a good fit for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Policy, Public Administration or related discipline OR
3 years of experience in a related position in the non-profit / community action space. AND
Minimum of 5 years of successful supervisory, managerial, and/or compliance experience in a not-for-profit setting.
Experience working with various socioeconomic populations.
Experience administering utility assistance programs for low-income residents.
Knowledge of Federal and State programs, including OMB Circulars, State, and Federal LIHEAP policy.
Bilingual, English/Spanish
Experience in a social service organization, Community Action Agency (CAA), or a Community Based Organization (CBO) .
What you’ll do every day:
Under the direction of the Associate Director, the Utility Assistance Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the processing and storage of all Utility Assistance Program applications as well as the management of Energy Efficiency Kit distribution. The position works closely with the Energy Services Fiscal Operations Manager and the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure program policies and protocols are met. The Utility Assistance Program Manager will adjudicate application issues, develop reports, and provide recommendations and actions for process improvement. This person will routinely handle highly sensitive and/or confidential information and will represent CEDA in a variety of capacities.
