- Effectively manage and oversee the end-to-end US Immigration Program and associated personnel
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders across our People team and the business
- Partner with the Immigration team members to define the overall program’s priorities and strategic roadmap bi-annually – will help to create strategy plans and proposals in partnership with other internal teams (Global Mobility; Product Management; and HR) and create the overall roadmap
- Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the US team’s overall roadmap of projects, both internally and with our external immigration partners
- Ensure that the team has clear targets; and our vendors are meeting their SLAs
- Utilizes excellent problem-solving skills and a data driven approach to identify problems. Can make business case, and influence/obtain buy-in from clients and stakeholders
- Will lead large to x-large projects, sometimes ranging outside the scope of Immigration and involve multiple stakeholders across different orgs, functions, and levels
- 7+ years of relevant work experience within Immigration, Global Mobility, or People teams
- 4+ years of management experience with corporate business immigration and/or global mobility
- Multiple examples/experience transforming programs/processes with clear measures of success/impact
- Experience working in a fast paced, matrixed team with the ability to flex as demands shifts
- High attention to detail with strong problem solving and project/program management skills

$96,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
