This is a program manager role lead a team of sr. operations consultation managers and operations consultation managers to support Stores in Partner experience and operational excellence. This team is responsible for consulting on projects through an operational lens, creating implementation plans and staging projects that directly impact the retail partner employment experience. This partner will work closely with our PRO, Partner Relations, Total Rewards & PRO Service Delivery and Learning & Development teams. This work is critical to the partner experience and includes projects related to performance management, benefits, compensation, recognition, labor relations and more.


As a Program Manager, you will…

  • Lead the program management of complex programs – You will lead the project management and program management of new programs, the evolution and/or sustainment of existing programs that align with business vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Manage others – You will set goals for your team and provide partners with coaching, feedback and development opportunities and modeling leadership behavior for the larger team.
  • Develop comprehensive content, implementation, communication, and sustainment plans for assigned initiatives to ensure quality, prioritization, and operational feasibility.
  • Gather feedback and data to identify opportunities and optimized solutions and design programs with effective sustainment strategies, integrating them with existing tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with peers, managers, and directors to support strategic initiatives impacting retail stores.
  • Provide retail operations expertise to optimize performance in sales, profitability, partner and customer experience.
  • Offer consultation to directors and project owners on operational standards and issues.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management and operations consultation, preferably in retail operations and customer experience principles.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.
