Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Job Summary:
This position is in support of the Office of Chief Financial Officer, managing and directing a team of budget analysts supporting the formulation, presentation, and execution of a portion of the organizational unit's annual operating budget. The budget assigned includes related personnel salaries and expenses, building operations, supplies, equipment, (including computer hardware and software), and all contractual requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of budget analysts
- Managing, planning, directing, and coordinating contractual and administrative activities over a large program
- Ensuring the accomplishment of contract objectives within prescribed timeframes
- Serving as the main point of contact for contract issues
- Assessing and reporting on progress, performance, and program improvements
- Providing leadership and direction to staff
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
Work Setting and Environment:
- Monday - Friday, normal working hours
- Work is to be performed remotely
