Program Manager Non - It

Responsibilities:

• Manages clinical aspects of program(s) from initiation through delivery and monitors for continuous improvement.
• Educate and work with external partners and participating practices to maximize performance on outcomes of the value based payment models
• Responsible for planning, execution of initiatives to improve quality performance within specific value -based payment models
• Facility with data analysis and dashboards
• Serve as a clinical expert with internal constituents to drive meaning HEDIS, Utilization, and member experience outcomes success
• Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
• Participates cross-functionally in business planning to support business unit strategy.
• As part of a broader management team may have influence on business unit, or function strategies and objectives.
• May act as the business unit liaison to corporate initiatives and projects.

Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills required
• Knowledge in Value-based payment models, HEDIS, or Medicare Stars
• Proactive, solution focused mindset with demonstrated creative, problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence team members functioning in a matrix environment
• Knowledge of change management concepts and techniques
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• EMR workflow optimization (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Clinical background preferred (RN, MA)
• Provider-facing experience preferred
• Lean, Six sigma, Agile

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (RN, LVN, Medical Assistant)
• 2-3 years of healthcare experience required (Health Plan or Provider setting preferred)

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
